We work in partnership with statutory services, health trusts and other organisations to deliver projects.

Our key partnerships include:

Age Concern Cornwall. We regularly work with Age Concern on projects such as the Memory Cafés and Age and Ambition events.

The Works Dance and Theatre Company has also become a regular project partner – marrying their expertise in the Dance world with our knowledge of the health and wellbeing benefits of dance. We have focused on bringing their work to wider audiences and vulnerable groups such as people with dementia.

The Primary Care Trust in Cornwall is a long term strategic partner of AFHC. We continually ensure that our projects respond to the needs and health inequalities they identify, and offer innovative and effective ways of addressing these issues.

St Petroc’s Society for the Homeless We have a long term commitment to working with St Petroc’s, using the arts to highlight the issues and health inequalities faced by homeless people in Cornwall. The photograph above is an image from our recent ‘No one Should be Homeless at Christmas’ exhibition which raised awareness of homelessness in Cornwall and attracted donations for St Petrocs Society.
