We’ve listed below answers to the questions we are most frequently asked, however, if your query is not answered here please contact us.

Process of working with us
We can work with you in a number of ways, from helping you to find a suitable creative practitioner to deliver your project ideas, to full project management. Usually we will be involved at the initial stages of project development, helping to generate and refine ideas to address the issue you have identified. Whilst we often take on a full project management role, seeing the project through to delivery, we can also work on selected aspects only, depending on your requirements. Once we have agreed the scope of our work, and costs, it is helpful for us to have a short précis of the project and of the agreed roles and responsibilities within it.

What does it cost?
An initial meeting to explore potential ideas is part of our development work and will not incur a charge. From that point we will negotiate with you a fee which relates to the extent of our involvement and the nature of the project. So, costs can be a few hundred pounds to tens of thousands, depending on the scale of the project.

As a guide, if we were to take on a full project management role we would anticipate charging a management fee of approximately 20% of the total project budget.

Who do I need to speak to about working with you?
You can contact any member of our team and we will ensure that you get to speak to the person who can best help you with your inquiry. You will have a nominated point of contact for the project as it progresses.

What about CRBs, health and safety, risk assessments etc. ?
We thoroughly risk assess all of our activities and have a comprehensive health and safety policy which all of our practitioners agree to. We CRB check all practitioners who will be working with vulnerable adults or children and in other situations as appropriate.

How long do projects last?
As long as they need to. We are involved in one-off events and longer-term projects—it all depends on what you are seeking to achieve and the resources you have available.

What about evaluation?
We build an evaluation process into all of our work, of a scale and type that is appropriate for the project. It will be important at the outset to agree what we are aiming to achieve through the project so that we can be sure that our evaluation is targeted appropriately.
